Students who cannot attend the midterm exams (visa) period of the 2024-2025 Academic Year Spring Semester due to compelling reasons such as health, transportation, family, etc. can apply for a Make-Up Exam in accordance with the information provided below.

📌 Application Location: It can be done in person at our School Student Affairs Office or by filling out the necessary documents completely and sending them to the e-mail address dogansehir@ozal.edu.tr.

📌 Required Documents:

The Excused Midterm Exam Application Form below, along with official documents documenting the excuse (e.g. health report, travel document, etc.) must be submitted as an attachment to the petition, complete and legible, within the application period.

🔔 Important Note:

 The Excused Midterm Exam Schedule for the exams in question will be shared on our website and bulletin board after the application period is over.

 Applications with missing or late documents will not be accepted.

 The right to an excuse exam is only valid for the midterm exam (midterm) of the course for which the application is made. No excuse right is granted for final and make-up exams.
