Within the scope of Career Days, a talk program titled "112 Emergency Call Center Activities and Operations" was held by the Institution Manager Mr. Metin UNUTKAN, Computer Engineer Emrah ŞAHİN, 112 Trainer Emine Rabia KOÇ, Call Reception Personnel İffet SALDUZ, 112 Administrative Personnel Bektaş KURU and Berna BEKTAŞ from the Malatya 112 Emergency Call Center Directorate, which is an external stakeholder of our College Call Center Services Program.
We would like to thank the Head of the Office Services and Secretarial Department of our College, Lecturer Mehmet Tevfik ASİLTÜRK, who made the talk, and all the participants for their contributions in organizing this program.
