Our college Call Center Services Program students have organized a technical visit to Malatya 112 Emergency Call Center Directorate.
Our college Call Center Services Program External Stakeholder 112 Emergency Call Center Directorate, which was organized by our program 2nd year students on 15.05.2025 under the supervision of Department Head Instructor Mehmet Tevfik Asiltürk. During this visit, 112 Emergency Call Center Directorate employees provided detailed information to our students about the institution's operation, command center and information processing systems.
We would like to thank all Malatya 112 Emergency Call Center Directorate employees, especially the institution Director Mr. Metin UNUTKAN and Computer Engineer Emrah ŞAHİN.
