1-Do I have to pay a fee?
In normal education programs, no fee is charged during the duration of the program. If you are registered in the evening education program, you must pay a fee.

2-When, where and how should I pay my fee?
You can pay your fee by entering your student number at Halkbank ATMs in your city within the period specified in the "academic calendar" or through online banking.
