1-I want to transfer to another higher eduation institution through horizontal transfer, what should I do?
In accordance with the regulations regarding the transfer between associate and undergraduate programs in higher education institutions, double majors, minors and inter-institutional credit transfers, you can transfer “internally or externally” or according to your central placement score according to your success status.
a) Candidates who will apply for horizontal transfer from a domestic higher education institution to our University's Associate and Undergraduate degree programs with a general weighted grade point average must have a general grade point average of at least 2.00 out of 4.00 and must not have any failed courses in the program they are registered. b) Students who have been centrally placed by ÖSYM in the diploma program they are registered in another higher education institution can apply for horizontal transfer within the scope of the Additional Article 1 of the Regulation on the Principles of Transfer, Double Major, Minor and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfer between Associate and Undergraduate Programs in Higher Education Institutions at the beginning of the fall semester of each academic year on the dates determined by the academic calendar, provided that their central placement scores are equal to or higher than the base score of the diploma program they want to transfer to at Malatya Turgut Özal University in the relevant year.

3- What should I do if I study at another higher education institution within the scope of Special Student, Farabi?
o Students who will study in equivalent programs of other higher education institutions within the scope of Farabi, Erasmus etc. must apply to the external relations office. However, students who will study as special students must act in accordance with the provisions of the SPECIAL STUDENT DIRECTIVE. They do not need to register for courses. At the end of the legal period allowed, they must apply to their advisors with a document showing the grades they received and have their course equivalences done.
