The name of our student Emine KARAÖMER, who lost his life in the February 6th earthquake, was given to a laboratory in our college.

In accordance with the decision of the Senate to name a laboratory in our School after Emine KARAÖMER, a student of the Social Security Program in the Department of Property Protection and Security of our School who lost her life in the earthquake that occurred on February 6, 2023, and to give an Honorary Diploma to this deceased student, a program was organized in our school. Our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. İlhan ERDEM, our School Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet KAZAN, our school's academic staff, administrative staff and our student's classmates attended this commemoration program and commemorated our deceased student. On this occasion, we wish God's mercy upon all our earthquake martyrs, especially our student, who lost their lives in the earthquake, and offer our condolences to our student's family and our entire nation.
